Tours are fully refundable up to 7 days before departure. Beyond that time, tours are refunded with a voucher for the value of the tour purchased, up to 24 hours prior. Beyond 24 hours prior to the tour there is no refund

No entrance tickets are never included, if you do not already have them you will be provided with the link where you can purchase the ticket without any additional fee

Course. There is a 10’% charge for the ticket booking service. Tickets purchased are non-refundable.

It depends on the purchased. In general, tours take place in all weather conditions, with the exception of Vespa and bicycle tours. In this case the tour will be either rescheduled or refunded.

Of course! Your four-legged friend is welcome! He will not be allowed to participate in: Bike tours, Vespa tours, Museum tours or places where access is not allowed. We can find a Pet Sitter service for you.
