Tours booked until when are they refundable?

Tours are fully refundable up to 7 days before departure. Beyond that time, tours are refunded with a voucher for the value of the tour purchased, up to 24 hours prior. Beyond 24 hours prior to the tour there is no refund

Are museum entrance fees included in the cost of the tour?

No entrance tickets are never included, if you do not already have them you will be provided with the link where you can purchase the ticket without any additional fee

Can you purchase museum admission tickets for us?

Course. There is a 10’% charge for the ticket booking service. Tickets purchased are non-refundable.

Do the tours take place even in bad weather?

It depends on the purchased. In general, tours take place in all weather conditions, with the exception of Vespa and bicycle tours. In this case the tour will be either rescheduled or refunded.

We are traveling with our 4-legged friend, can he participate in the tours?

Of course! Your four-legged friend is welcome! He will not be allowed to participate in: Bike tours, Vespa tours, Museum tours or places where access is not allowed. We can find a Pet Sitter service for you.

Can I customize one of your offers featured on the site?

Absolutely: our soul is to offer you a tailor-made service.

Do you also organize group tours?

No. We only have private, personalized experiences.

Do you organize tours or events for companies?

Absolutely, and we are able to create team building experiences for every need. These are purpose-built services.

Late February. 70 years old. Not going to walk all that distance. Enrico was a very good and very friendly guide who lives in Oltrarno and gave us interesting tips as well as excellent tour info. Nice way to get a feel for Florence before you dig in deeper.
