Tours are fully refundable up to 7 days before departure. Beyond that time, tours are refunded with a voucher for the value of the tour purchased, up to 24 hours prior. Beyond 24 hours prior to the tour there is no refund

This was our second experience in 6 months with Vanessa as our guide in Florence. In October she gave us an unforgettable tour of the treasures of the Uffizi through the eyes of an art historian. This week we visited the Piazza del Duomo, the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo, the interior of the church and the ancient excavated ruins beneath, and Palazzo Pitti. Her vast knowledge and passion for the artwork and architecture is infectious and she left us enriched beyond our expectations.

We had a great time on this tour with Vanessa! She was so knowledgeable about the history of Florence. We stopped at several locations where we could enjoy the local cuisine. The food was great the hospitality at the locations were fantastic. We didn't even have to wait to eat. We drank wine in a private area and our tables were already reserved at each location. I loved being able to support local restaurants that may be hidden from most tourists. If you want to get a good taste of Florentine life the people, food and history I highly recommend choosing Vanessa, you will not be disappointed. When we return to Florence we will definitely be staying here again!

It was a rainy day when we visited Florence, but thanks to Vanessa we enjoyed our walk and learned about the city’s fascinating past. The next day with Enrico, we experienced a Tuscan style outing. Quaint villages and wine tasting were on the menu. Thank you to both of you.
